Director of UX Design

Close the Gap Between Man and Machine

As our UX Director, you’ll lead projects from discovery to delivery.
You will be responsible for leading processes and workshops including stakeholder and user interviews, content audits, persona development, experience modeling and user journey creation.
You'll be responsible for producing documents such as discovery reports, feature set lists, sitemaps, user flows and frameworks. We're looking for design thinkers not someone who can lead the creation of high fidelity wireframes. If you've come to realize that presenting a 100 page deck of wireframes probably isn't the best way to approach UX design...you're probably a good candidate for this role.
You should be comfortable engaging with clients, leading team discussions and working collaboratively with Firstborn’s Creative, Strategy and Development teams. You will be leading and mentoring a team of very talented UX thinkers and designers, so experience in a leadership role where you have successfully led, mentored and grew team members is a key component of the job.
