You have a background in copywriting, 8+ years of experience in the industry (some as an ACD) and a banging portfolio to back it up. You know and appreciate the work it takes to arrive at a truly good idea. You wear multiple hats, juggle projects and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. You are hands-on and a master in your craft - leading by example.
You push your team to arrive at the best creative solutions—solutions that are as strategic as they are creative. You possess strong communication skills, are comfortable leading in a team environment, and you also know how to work well with others. You have experience in overseeing and giving direction to the other members of your team—all in service of the work. You can sell your ideas to the client because you are a presenting champ.
As a ACD, Copy at Firstborn, you will be responsible for the creative direction of a given assignment, as well as coming up with novel and innovative creative solutions. You will work on multiple projects at a time, help grow new and existing talent, and come up with your own ideas that will serve our clients needs—and you will oversee the production of the assignment from concept to execution.
This role will be dedicated to one of our top clients (a leading fitness product producer) for the first 6-12 months. Must be OK focusing on one brand for the intended duration.
