Firstborn is looking for an Engagement Director to help lead the relationship for one of our main clients in our New York office.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for senior level clients, working with them to define the brand’s digital strategy, creating and managing project roadmaps and ensuring project teams are working towards aligning with the larger goals and objectives set forth in that plan.
To do this, you’ll need to be immersed in your client’s business, understanding their brand and their unique set of business challenges. Through this, you will build and foster strong client relationships and look for new opportunities within the business.
The person we’re looking for will work closely with the internal project team(s) assigned to the account as well as with an Executive leadership to advise on the health of the client business and engagement overall.
It will be your responsibility to help identify and manage any retainer budgets, identify new opportunities based on your understanding of the client’s business, their needs and their consumer, and ensure that all delivered work aligns with both the client's and agency's KPIs.
You will be responsible for managing to internal revenue and margin targets and provide strategic guidance on setting internal targets as it relates to the assigned client relationship.
